1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Fortland Tourism PVT. LTD. ("we," "us," or "our"). These terms govern your access to and use of our website, as well as your interactions with our diverse operational divisions including High-Tech Agriculture, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and Entertainment Parks. By accessing our services, purchasing goods, or visiting our premises, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms.
2. Industrial & Manufacturing Sales
For our B2B partners and clients purchasing bulk goods such as processed drinking water and premium cattle feed, the following terms apply:
- Order Processing & Fulfillment: All bulk and commercial orders are subject to production capacity and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders based on supply chain constraints.
- Logistics & Liability: Once goods have been handed over to verified third-party logistics or the client's transport at our manufacturing facility, the risk of loss transfers to the buyer.
- Quality Assurance: We guarantee that our water and cattle feed meet strict, automated quality control standards prior to dispatch. Any claims regarding product defects must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Park & Venue Rules
When visiting our Amusement Parks or booking our Convention Center for events, you agree to adhere to strict safety and liability guidelines:
- Amusement Park Liability: Visitors participate in rides and attractions at their own risk. We strictly enforce height, health, and safety restrictions. Fortland is not liable for personal injury resulting from a visitor's failure to follow safety protocols.
- Ticketing: Park tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless expressly stated in a specific promotional offer.
- Convention Center Bookings: Corporate and private event bookings require a non-refundable deposit. The renting party assumes full financial responsibility for any structural or equipment damages incurred during their event.
4. Farm & Agricultural Visits
Our Eco-Tourism and Farm experiences are designed to educate and inspire. To protect our delicate High-Tech Agricultural ecosystems, visitors must follow these rules:
- Restricted Zones: Certain areas of the plant production nursery and automated greenhouses are restricted for bio-security reasons. Visitors must stay on designated paths and follow guided tour instructions at all times.
- Eco-Preservation: Plucking, tampering with, or damaging crops, saplings, or research equipment is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the premises and potential fines.
